Facility Introduction
Laboratory
Safety is ensured by separating the laboratory and office space. In addition, by using glass partitions and carefully arranging the laboratory tables, the laboratory is designed so that you can see the entire laboratory from the comfort of your office. All graduate students are provided with a personal desk and laboratory bench.
Facility
The laboratory is equipped with seven draft chambers (forced exhaust facilities), providing a safe environment for conducting experiments involving odorous or volatile organic compounds. Experiments are mainly conducted in a fume hood. Additionally, the fume hood is equipped with a vacuum pump, vacuum line, and nitrogen line, making it equipped to perform various organic chemical reactions.
Laboratory Bench
Lab tables will be provided to all students. All experimental benches are equipped with compressed air lines, vacuum lines, nitrogen lines, and an evaporator (low-pressure solvent removal device) for conducting experiments using medium-pressure columns. Additionally, a low temperature reactor and centrifugal evaporator are located.
